Jack Prewitt began selling aircraft in 1968 and then incorporated Jack Prewitt & Associates, Inc. in January 1978. In 1985 Prewitt Leasing, Inc.was formed and now has seven aircraft out on long term leases.

The company sells aircraft primarily from its own inventory or for corporate clients under exclusive agreements. The company also has the capability of incorporating various modifications or changes to an aircraft to meet customer requirements, including: interior design and refurbishment, new aircraft completion and acquisition management, avionics installation management, maintenance and overhaul management, and lease and financial services assistance - both internally through Prewitt Leasing, Inc. and third party financial institutions.

During the past twenty-five years Jack Prewitt & Associates, Inc. has sold over 800 aircraft totaling over $3.0 billion dollars in sales.
